HVAC Service Technician

Sturm Heating is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Spokane, Washington. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems to ensure that they are always running at their optimal level. You will work with a team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers.

As a Service Technician at Sturm Heating, you will:
- Perform regular maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting parts to optimize performance
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs
- Install new HVAC systems in homes and commercial buildings
- Maintain accurate records of all services performed and provide timely and detailed reports to customers
- Provide excellent customer service at all times, communicating effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations when working on HVAC systems

We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 3 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Has excellent communication skills and can work effectively with customers and team members
- Has a strong understanding of HVAC systems and their operation
- Is licensed, certified, or registered with the relevant authorities
- Is able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers
