Job Description: HVAC Service Technician at Mister Greenway Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning
Mister Greenway Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, a subsidiary of M.J. Emonds Mechanical, is looking for a dedicated HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Memphis Tennessee. With over 30 years of experience, we take great pride in delivering reliable and efficient services to our residential and commercial clients. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Inspecting HVAC systems and identifying potential issues or malfunctions
- Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
- Repairing or replacing defective parts and components
- Responding to emergency calls including after-hours and weekends
- Keeping accurate records of repairs and maintenance history
- Communicating effectively with clients and team members
- Maintaining a neat and clean work area
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid HVAC certification and have 3+ years of experience in the field
- Demonstrate strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
