This position will require a highly collaborative relationship with the Engineering department to reach the optimal client service goal We are seeking candidates that have a Bachelor's degree in business or Engineering with 7 years (12 preferred) of application experience in customer service. You will also need 5 years of management experience leading a team within an industrial manufacturing setting.
