Join our team at River City Nursing and Rehab Center in Jacksonville, Florida as a River City Occupational Therapist - OT - PRN In House. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated occupational therapist to provide high-quality therapy services on an as-needed basis. As an integral part of our in-house team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve functional abilities
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and modify care plans
- Provide education and support to residents and their families
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with team members
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions and interventions
Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Florida
- Proven experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
