Lone Pine Bakery is searching for individuals who are committed to and passionate about the baking profession that can demonstrate responsibility, accuracy, and dedication in the workplace. Lone Pine Bakery is a wholesale and retail bakery that specializes in premium, handmade croissants, pastries, and desserts. Bakers must be able and willing to show up on time, work the evening shift (2PM-10PM), and be accountable for making every shift they are scheduled. Culinary students and recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

To be successful at Lone Pine Bakery, a candidate must meet the following mental and physical qualifications.

• Two years baking or other culinary arts experience.
• Sharp attention to detail.
• Keen culinary sense, must be able to follow recipes and scale baking ratios.
• Level headed and positive in high-stress situations.
• Forward-thinking, the ability to work independently, and excel in a kitchen environment.
• Proficient kitchen skills, be able to work efficiently and clean.
• Light-footed with the ability to perform in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00 to $20.00/hour - Based on experience.

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Evening shift
