CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant
Temecula Healthcare Center is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in helping our residents with their daily activities and providing them with the highest level of care and support.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Supporting residents' mobility and assisting with transfers
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' health status to the nursing staff
- Assisting with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as necessary
Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-oriented approach to caregiving
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
