This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.

The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:

Market price: $1,100 USDEst.

FT LPN/RN - $7000 Bonus - 3 Twelve HR Shifts a week

Homestead Village, Inc. is currently seeking highly skilled, enthusiastic, and passionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN's) and/or Registered Nurses (RN's) to join our compassionate community. As a thriving non-profit, CARF-CCAC accredited Life Plan Community located just outside vibrant Downtown Lancaster, we are dedicated to enhancing independence and dignity for all our residents.

Location: Our Personal Care Home and in The Apostle Center for Care, a 58-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Lancaster, PA.

LPN and/or RN Position/Schedule:

Full Time: 6:45p-6:15a; 3 shifts per week, Weekend Rotation - Personal Care

Full Time: 4:45p-5:15a; 3 shifts per week, Weekend Rotation - Skilled

Base Pay:

LPN Base Pay: Determined based upon years licensed and experience.

RN Base Pay: Determined based upon years licensed and experience.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Objectives:

Establish respectful, warm relationship with residents and perform rounds.
Perform all aspects of resident care in accordance with nursing practices and policies.
Complete all documentation as required.
Communicate readily with team members and RN Nurse Leaders.
Administer medications and perform treatments according to policy, physician’s orders, and federal and state guidelines.
Observe and report changes in residents’ condition immediately.
Assist in training, supervising, and evaluating assigned staff, along with participation in orientation of new employees.
Assist with emergency response campus-wide, as needed.
Attend all required staff meetings and complete monthly education on Relias by dates due.
Always conduct self in a positive and professional manner.
Perform other duties as assigned.
