Cherry Picker Operator Adecco has an immediate opportunity for Cherry Picker Operators in Forest, VA. These jobs are temp-to-hire opportunities with benefits. We have openings on 1st and 2nd shift. What’s in this for you? · Pay starting at $17-$18 per hour, plus overtime as needed · Weekly paycheck · Warehouse work environment - dress casual and enjoy a laidback atmosphere. · Access to Adecco’s Aspire Academy (https://www.adeccousa.com/about-adecco-staffing/adecco-programs-partnerships/aspire-academy/) with thousands of free upskilling courses *Responsibilities for Cherry Pickers include but are not limited to: * · Safely operates cherry picker and other power industrial equipment as needed · Picks/packs, Inspects, Ships merchandise to customers · Accurately performs data entry via PC/RF · Achieves production (UPH) standards in all areas · Achieves quality (IQA) standards in all areas · Works with team members in support of process improvements and cost reductions · Understands team objectives within assigned work area · Applies basic skills and procedural knowledge within assigned work area · Reports to work as scheduled, using time clock system · Completes other duties as assigned by supervisor · Must be able to assist in any area of merchandise processing during busy periods *Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered: * · High degree of attention required to prevent injury to others · Forklift certification per OSHA standards · 1 year of forklift experience · Valid driver’s license · Passing score on forklift assessment · Able to withstand heights of 35-40ft. We have openings on 1st and 2nd shift. Must be available to work 8-10 hour shifts depending on business needs. 1st Shift – Must be available from 4:30am to 2:30pm Max 2nd Shift – Must be available from 3:00pm to 1:00am Max What are you waiting for?
