Job Description: HVAC Installer
We at R & D Services/Strain Service Co. are looking for a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team at Mineral Wells, Texas. As a one-stop provider of plumbing and mechanical services, we strive to deliver exceptional results to our clients every time. We need someone who shares our work ethic, energy, and dedication to quality.
In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems for our clients. You must be able to follow technical blueprints and specifications accurately, select the right materials and tools, and ensure that installations are compliant with safety and quality standards.
You will be working mostly on residential and commercial projects, requiring excellent communication skills to interact with clients and other contractors. You will also need to have a strong attention to detail, problem-solving proficiency, and physical stamina to handle the demands of the job.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC installation experience (3-5 years)
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and protocols
- Technical knowledge of blueprints, schematics, and manuals
- Ability to operate and maintain HVAC tools and equipment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- EPA certification preferred but not required
