Contract overview
This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.
The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:
Market price: $5,000 USDEst.
Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 10 months

Responsibilities
- Administering medication and treatment to residents as prescribed
- Monitoring residents' health and documenting any changes
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Providing emotional support to residents and their families
- Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of residents' living areas
- Adhering to all established policies, procedures, and regulations
Qualifications
To be considered for the LPN - Personal Care/Assisted Living position, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Experience in a personal care/assisted living setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassionate and caring nature
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
