At Weyer & Sons Htg & A/C, we're seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. Established for over 100 years, W.F. Hann & Sons has proudly served Cleveland, Ohio, with superior heating, cooling, and plumbing services. With our certified technicians and 24-hour emergency care, our commitment to customer satisfaction is unmatched. We're currently expanding our services and opening a new installation location in Hubertus, Wisconsin, and we need your expertise!
As an HVAC Installer, you will play a critical role in our installation team. You'll be responsible for installing and servicing HVAC systems with accuracy and precision. Your duties will include working on a wide range of projects, such as residential, commercial, and industrial developments, while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. We're looking for someone who can provide exceptional customer service and work efficiently under tight deadlines, even in challenging environments.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- HVAC certification or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Excellent attention to detail and safety
- Basic computer skills required
Responsibilities:
- Installation and repair of HVAC equipment, including ductwork, furnaces, air conditioning units, and boilers
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting of HVAC systems
- Inspection of completed installations for safety and compliance
- Regular maintenance and cleaning of equipment and tools
- Ensuring proper completion of paperwork and documentation
