Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Nagare Quality A/C & Heating is a premier HVAC service provider based in Fresno, California. At Nagare Quality A/C & Heating, we take pride in our commitment to providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction, and we're excited to add an experienced HVAC Service Technician to our team.
As our HVAC Service Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive timely, high-quality service and repairs on their heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. You'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and providing expert advice and recommendations to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment, including air conditioning units, furnaces, and heat pumps
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative service on HVAC systems
- Clean and replace HVAC system components, including filters, blowers, and coils
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including ductwork, electrical, and refrigeration problems
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers regarding HVAC system upgrades and replacements
- Maintain accurate records of all service calls and repairs performed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in HVAC service and repair
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including electrical and refrigeration systems
- Ability to diagnose and repair complex HVAC issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
