Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a Receptionist/HR Support position in St. Albans, VT.
Pay for this position is $19.00 per hour.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am-4pm.
Responsibilities of Receptionist/HR Support:
Receive visitors at the front desk by welcoming, directing and security sign in
Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
Receiving, sorting, and preparing outgoing mail daily; may need to drive to the post office occasionally
Keep updated records such as training spreadsheet, material disbursements, chocolate donations
Order and maintain inventory of office supplies
Create badges for visitors/vendors
Assist HR with administrative duties
Maintain filing and electronic filing of documents
Assist other departments with administrative duties as requested
Order group meals as requested
Requirements for Receptionist/HR Support:
High ability to work independently
Great communication and reliability skills
Make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear, calm, and diplomatic matter
Computer literate - Proficient with Email and Microsoft Word/Excel
Able to work in a team environment
High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 years’ experience

Pay Details:
$19.00 per hour
