The primary responsibility of this role is to answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department efficiently and accurately. Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally. Direct calls to the appropriate department or individual. Take and relay messages accurately Provide basic information to callers as needed. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. Professional and courteous phone manner. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Can multitask and handle high call volumes. Reliable high-speed internet connection.
