Role: Full Time: Contract
Job Title: Call Center Operator
Job Type: 3 Months Temp To hire
Location: Tempe AZ (Remote)
NOTE: This role has the potential to be 100% remote, initial
training may be hybrid remote/in-person, and must have a good
internet connection
As a
Call Center Operator, your responsibilities will be:
We are seeking a professional and courteous individual to join our
team as a Remote Call Center Operator.
The primary responsibility of this role is to answer incoming calls
and direct them to the appropriate department efficiently and
accurately.
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally. Direct calls to
the appropriate department or individual.
Take and relay messages accurately
Provide basic information to callers as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Professional and courteous phone manner.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Can multitask and handle high call volumes.
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*:
\$16 -\$ 17 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several
factors, including the candidate\'s education, work experience, work
location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
