Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Are you a problem solver with a passion for mechanical maintenance? Wright Comfort Solutions is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Altus Oklahoma.
As an HVAC Service Technician with Wright Comfort Solutions, you will play a critical role in ensuring the satisfaction and comfort of our clients by providing an exceptional customer experience through timely and reliable service, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems. In this position, you will be responsible for performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on various types of heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
You will work alongside a team of knowledgeable professionals who take pride in delivering top-quality service. Our ideal candidate will bring their expertise, assertiveness, and a positive can-do attitude to succeed in this position. We need someone who has experience interpreting schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals. You should feel confident working with digital tools and have exceptional communications skills.
Responsibilities:
- Performing routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Responding to service calls and performing inspections on HVAC systems
- Diagnosing and repairing HVAC system malfunctions
- Completing service reports, invoices, and other paperwork
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Recommending upgrades and replacements for HVAC systems
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- High school diploma or GED; Certificate or degree in HVAC is considered a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends
