Job Description: HVAC Installer

As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. You will work alongside a team of highly-skilled professionals dedicated to delivering excellence in service to our clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems according to specifications and safety standards.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, and filter replacement.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and provide appropriate solutions.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain service procedures and answer questions.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of service work orders and maintenance histories.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in HVAC technology.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HVAC installation.
- Knowledge of electrical wiring, controls, and piping systems.
- Ability to read and understand technical schematics and diagrams.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
