Registered Nurse​/RN- Part-Time

Elkins Crest Health & Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. As a leading provider of senior care services, we strive to create a supportive and compassionate environment for our residents.

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations.

- Assess residents' health needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.

- Monitor and evaluate residents' responses to medical treatments and care plans.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and individualized care.

- Educate residents and their families on various health conditions, medications, and treatments.

- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards.

- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Valid RN license in the state of employment.

- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.

- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient computer skills, including electronic medical record documentation.
