Job Description: HVAC Installer
Chills Air Conditioning Miami is seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team in Miami, Florida. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems on both residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install HVAC systems including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems
• Read and interpret blueprints and building codes to determine the layout of HVAC systems
• Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning
• Repair or replace faulty parts and components
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
• Complete work orders and maintain detailed records of all installation and repair work conducted
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation and repair
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and building codes
• Knowledge of local plumbing, electrical, and HVAC building codes
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
