Lexington Country Place, a premier senior living community, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Wellness Nurse to join our team. As a Wellness Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care and promoting the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and promptly

• Monitor resident health and report any changes to the healthcare team

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans

• Assist with residents' activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and grooming

• Ensure resident safety by adhering to infection control protocols and maintaining a clean and organized environment

• Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families

• Document resident observations, medications administered, and care provided

• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education programs to enhance knowledge and skills

Qualifications:

• Valid state nursing license

• Prior experience in a senior living or long-term care setting is preferred

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

• Reliable, responsible, and able to work well as part of a team
