Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Deeck Mechanical is a thriving company in the HVAC industry that provides top-notch services to clients in North Carolina. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Albemarle, North Carolina.
As a HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing installation, repair, and maintenance services on various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will work collaboratively with our team of professionals to ensure client satisfaction by meeting and exceeding their expectations.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Conducting routine maintenance on HVAC systems for optimal performance.
- Diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems and components to restore functionality.
- Installing new HVAC systems and equipment for residential and commercial clients.
- Providing exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate records of service calls, maintenance, and repair work to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Participating in on-call rotations to provide emergency services to clients outside of regular business hours.
To qualify for this job, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- At least three years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
- A thorough knowledge of HVAC systems and components, as well as troubleshooting and repair techniques.
- The ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
- The ability to work in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
