As a key member of our installation team, you'll use your expertise to help us provide top-notch customer service and support for all of our HVAC systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings, ensuring all work is performed according to company standards and safety guidelines.
- Troubleshoot problems with HVAC systems and determine appropriate solutions.
- Work with customers to answer questions and provide guidance on HVAC system operation and maintenance.
- Provide regular updates to project managers and work collaboratively with other team members to complete jobs on time and within budget.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a working knowledge of safety requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components, including ductwork, wiring, and refrigerant.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively with customers to address their concerns and questions.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and tools and work in a variety of conditions (e.g. hot or cold environments, confined spaces, at heights).
