Position: High-Level Drywall Taper Location: Plymouth, MN Company: Aerotek About Us: We are a family-run company featured on HGTV’s Renovation 911. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Drywall Taper with expertise in both drywall and painting. The ideal candidate will perform work in high-end environments, ensuring top-quality finishes. Essential Duties: Install bead, trim, tape, texture, and finish gypsum board assemblies to a level 4 or level 5 finish. Tape and mud drywall. Sand drywall and spray texture. Blend and match a variety of specialty and custom hand textures. Patch and repair work during the construction process. Qualifications: 5+ years of skilled drywall/taping experience on commercial and residential projects. Experience with gloss, semi-gloss, enamel, or non-textured flat paints on drywall. 3 years of painting experience. Ability to read blueprints and knowledge of drywall finishing applications. Strong collaboration skills and ability to lead and be a team player. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Benefits Vehicle Allowance: $50 per paycheck plus job-related gas expenses. 401(k): 3% match. PTO: 80 hours. Pre-tax Accounts: FSA, HSA, Dependent Care, and Insurance Premium Accounts. Health and Dental Insurance: Offered after 30 days of employment following the first of the following month. Cell Phone Allowance: $15 per paycheck, paid bi-weekly. Paid Holidays: 6 paid holidays. Work Environment: Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Team: Work with 1-2 other individuals on each job site. A project manager/foreman will be tied to each job but may not always be onsite. Self-starters who can work independently are essential.
