HVAC Service Technician

Position Overview:
As an HVAC Service Technician with Elsass Heating & Cooling, you'll be responsible for providing superior service and maintenance to our customers' heating and cooling systems. You'll work independently or with other team members to diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems to keep them running efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues
• Repair or replace necessary parts and equipment
• Respond to service calls and provide prompt, professional service
• Communicate with customers and provide clear explanations of service work performed
• Keep accurate records of service calls, maintenance tasks, and repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of HVAC service experience
• EPA certification
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment and systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently or with a team
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
