McMillon Electric Co. is seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our growing team in Lenoir, North Carolina. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance.
Responsibilities:
• Installing HVAC systems including ductwork, wiring, and piping
• Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems
• Conducting routine maintenance on HVAC systems
• Interpreting schematics and blueprints to ensure proper installation
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with HVAC systems
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Providing exceptional customer service during installations and maintenance visits
Requirements:
• Experience in HVAC installation is preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
