Contract overview

This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.

The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:

Market price: $800 USDEst.

RN Wage Scale: $30.50 - $37.50


LPN Wage Scale: $24.25 - $29.81


Shift / Schedule:

- AM shift: casual opening

- PM shift: part-time or casual opening

- NOC shift: full time or part-time opening (no weekend option available)

Nurse Responsibilities:

  • oversee all aspects of patient care through directing and supervising nurse technicians, medication aides, and certified nursing assistant (CNA) team members
  • provide direct patient care through medication and treatment administration
  • observe and manage acute changes in a patient's condition
  • help provide a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment
  • other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN)
  • degree from an accredited school of nursing
  • ability to understand and carry out technical oral and written instructions
  • excellent time management skills
  • ability to accept and give directions
  • work well in a team environment
  • a desire to make a difference in people's lives
