Responsibilities
As a CNA at Palm Garden Of Largo, your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing necessary medical care, such as taking vitals and administering medications
- Monitoring and documenting changes in residents' conditions
- Supporting residents' social and emotional well-being
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Florida
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
