Position: Unit Secretary CNA

As a Unit Secretary CNA at Lions Gate, you will play a vital role in assisting the nursing staff and providing exceptional care to our residents and patients. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will contribute to the smooth operation of our unit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the nursing staff in providing direct patient care, taking vital signs, and assisting with daily activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and procedures for patients
- Manage phone calls, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure a clean and organized unit environment
- Assist with inventory management and restock supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols

Qualifications:

- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Basic computer skills
