As a Client Service Associate, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, including doctors' offices, hospitals, and clinics. This is not your typical call center role. Our team is about quality over quantity—it's about providing exceptional service and solving problems rather than rushing through calls. The position requires a high level of professionalism and empathy, as you will be handling inquiries about orders, troubleshooting equipment issues, and coordinating service requests with our technicians. Qualifications: Previous experience in client service or customer support, preferably in a medical, technical, or equipment-based field. strong communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and professionally over the phone and in writing. Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues with ophthalmological equipment, or the aptitude to quickly learn. Attention to detail is critical, as you will be handling sensitive medical equipment and patient-related inquiries. strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution: Guide clients through common equipment issues, providing solutions and troubleshooting tips in a clear, patient, and professional manner. Service Coordination: Schedule work orders for technicians to perform on-site repairs and maintenance, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of service requests. Order Management: Assist clients with questions about order statuses, shipping, and delivery times, ensuring accurate and clear communication. Client Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by delivering high-quality, empathetic service that makes them feel valued and heard. Team Collaboration: Work closely with a small, dedicated team of client service professionals in a positive, respectful, and supportive environment.
