As the Director of Nursing in Training, you will play a crucial role in training and guiding nurses to ensure the highest standards of care for our residents.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning, organizing, and directing the overall operations of the nursing department

- Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff to promote professional growth and development

- Supervise and evaluate the performance of nurses and nursing assistants

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans

- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory guidelines and standards

- Assist in the coordination of patient admissions and discharges

Requirements:

- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing, preferably in a leadership role
