We are looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Grenada, Mississippi. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your role will require you to provide exceptional customer service, work efficiently, and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain and repair HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues
• Complete service reports accurately and professionally
• Work on equipment such as compressors, motors, pumps, fans, ducts, and control systems
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Follow company procedures, policies, and safety standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED
• Technical training or equivalent experience in HVAC
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals
• Good customer service and communication skills
