Job Description: HVAC Installer
Truman Farris A/C is seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team in Brady Texas. As a leader in the industry, we pride ourselves on delivering fast and reliable HVAC installation and service to our valued customers. As the HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers' homes and businesses are cool and comfortable, maintaining our high standards of quality, safety, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, wiring, and other components
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure systems are functioning properly and meeting safety and code requirements
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems as needed
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Communicate with customers and team members to ensure project timelines and expectations are met
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC certification or relevant experience
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
