Desantis Air Conditioning & Heating, a reputable and growing company in Wildwood, Florida, is looking for a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. As an essential member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining HVAC systems to ensure the comfort and energy efficiency of our residential and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain HVAC systems, including but not limited to: air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, duct systems and other related equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with existing systems
- Interact with clients to discuss installation and maintenance options, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Follow all safety rules and regulations during installation and maintenance processes
- Complete all necessary paperwork and forms accurately and in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Have a strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation processes, with at least 2 years of experience
- Possess relevant certifications and licenses, including EPA Universal Certification
- Be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Must possess excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record
