ALTA IT Services has numerous openings for Healthcare Call Center to assist the annual open enrollment effort of a respected health care provider. The Customer Service Technicians will provide accurate medical coding, auditing, and reporting for a medical records / health information management team which consists of medical data entry and auditing professionals, that supplies data that serves as an efficient education and training mechanism for healthcare providers and other stakeholders. Working as a team in a business environment, the Customer Service Technicians will help promote successful practices that ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, and accurate reimbursement. Tasks: Operate on multiple computer applications to assist call Contribute towards the Center's achievement of providing exceptional customer service Demonstrate stamina to successfully complete customer calls when needed within established work hours Provide, accept and act on performance feedback from peers, business partners, leadership and customer survey results Focus on and demonstrate customer- centered goals and objectives Demonstrate willingness to learn and effectively apply new skills/techniques as customer expectations change Complete projects in established timeframes, as deemed necessary Maintain and recognize cultural differences/sensitivity Other tasks as assigned. Competencies: High School Diploma or GED Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer skills with internal and external customers. Must be able to perform assigned tasks with minimum supervision. Strong analytical skills. Proficient knowledge of MS Office Positive attitude. Health Care Industry Experience will be a plus.
