Details:
· Location: Frederick, MD
· 100% On-site
· 20 hours per week (flexibility on the schedule)
· 6-month contract to hire
Necessary Skills
· 3+ years of Administrative Support experience.
· Purchase Order experience.
· Customer Service experience.
· QuickBooks experience.
· Microsoft Office Suite experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
A day in the role…
· Create and place purchase orders for customers and vendors.
· Working in QuickBooks (create customer profiles, estimates, and turn into invoices) and Portal (proposals).
· Order and purchase supplies for customer proposals.
· Provide support in creating proposals.
· Process Invoices.
· Schedule customer appointments for President.
· Assist in accepting deliveries at office.
· Follow up on payments and collections.
· Other administrative projects as needed .
