Base pay $29 per hour
3rd Shift $4.00 shift differential
Somerfield Health Center at The Heritage at Brentwood is currently seeking full-time LPN/Care Leaders for 2nd shift, including alternating weekends. Somerfield at The Heritage is a 5-star, 66-bed skilled nursing facility on the beautiful campus of The Heritage at Brentwood in TN. Job Responsibilities
As an LPN, supervises direct care of senior resident and nursing personnel on assigned shift
Manages accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls.
Provides direct care as necessary and complete nursing rounds
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted LPN license in Tennessee required
At least 6 months’ experience working in long-term care setting preferred
Able to provide emotional, physical, and psychological support to senior residents
Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy
Ability to work effectively with frequent interruptions and attention to detail
Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or approved exemption required
