As the HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various heating, cooling, and ventilating systems for our residential and commercial clients.
As the ideal candidate, you possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You also have a customer service-oriented approach, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
- Diagnose and repair various HVAC systems issues
- Install new HVAC systems and upgrades
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain the nature of repairs and provide solutions
- Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections of HVAC equipment
- Manage and maintain inventory of equipment, tools, and parts
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- EPA certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC service and installation
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
