Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Rogue Valley Heating & Air is a family-run heating and air conditioning company serving Palm Beach and Broward County since 1982. We're currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Grants Pass, Oregon.
As an HVAC Service Technician with Rogue Valley Heating & Air, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings. Your day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting heating and cooling systems, replacing defective parts, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose heating and cooling system issues
- Replace defective parts and repair malfunctioning equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on heating and cooling systems
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC service and repair
- Valid HVAC and EPA certification
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and repair
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
