Position: Server

We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Server to join our dining services team. As a Server at Buckingham's Choice, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our residents in our various dining venues.

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and attentive service to residents, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable
• Take orders and serve meals and beverages to residents, while adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with setting up and cleaning dining areas before and after meal services
• Engage with residents, answer questions, and address any concerns they may have
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of meals
• Handle cash and credit card transactions, and accurately process resident orders
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a server or customer service role
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
