We are seeking a Part-Time or Full-Time Position for a Customer Care Representative.

Skills & Requirements

  • Must be high energy, enthusiastic, and a TOTAL team player.
  • Must be self-motivated in regards to acquiring product knowledge, building clientele, and selling products & services.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Must have customer service experience.
  • Must care about health and wellness.

SUMMARY

Provides timely resolution of customer appointments, complaints, concerns, and inquiries. Builds effective relationships and trust with customers and potential customers by listening to their needs and educating them about the products and services that are most appropriate to their situation.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Scheduling appointments for all store locations over the phone.
  • Responding to voicemails for all store locations.
  • Responding to online inquiries with grooming appt. requests, product inquiries, etc.
  • Answering emails that come through all company online platforms.
  • Execution of marketing campaigns- answering customer questions about campaigns, troubleshooting campaigns, manually inputting information on Tap Mango from campaigns.
  • Processing and preparing all online orders.
  • Proactively contacting customers through Tidio Chat to assist them in making a purchase/make an appt.
  • Managing and updating customer accounts for online customers.
  • Provides timely resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries.
  • Builds effective relationships and trust with customers and potential customers by listening to their needs and educating them about the products and services that are most appropriate to their situation.
  • Act as a store representative and set an example for our staff.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
