Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
We are Harbor Ventilation, doing business as L and B Heating, an authorized dealer of Harlen Johnson Heating and Air Conditioning Co. We are hiring a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team and provide our customers with exceptional service.
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and installation services on HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, and boilers. You will be responsible for identifying, diagnosing, and repairing issues with HVAC systems, as well as performing preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
You should possess a strong understanding of electrical, refrigeration, and airflow principles. A strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction is a must. You will be working closely as part of our team under the direction of senior technicians and project managers.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- EPA certification required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work outside regular business hours as required
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
