In this role, you will be responsible for installing and servicing HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. You will work collaboratively with our team of skilled professionals to ensure that Comfort Now's installations are completed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Install and service HVAC systems in accordance with company standards and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful installations and repairs
- Diagnose HVAC system issues and propose appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of installations and service appointments
- Communicate effectively with customers about installation processes and proper system usage
- Stay current on industry standards, technology, and trends
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC installation and service experience
- EPA certification
- Knowledge of industry safety protocols
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
