Job Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, performing preventative maintenance, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a variety of HVAC systems, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively.
- Install new HVAC systems and components.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide them with excellent service.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and document all repairs and installations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- EPA certification and/or other relevant certifications or licenses.
