Position: RN House Supervisor

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN House Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of quality care to our residents. The RN House Supervisor will play a critical role in coordinating patient care, managing resources, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the nursing staff to ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet the individual needs of residents
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and other team members to develop and implement effective care plans
• Monitor and ensure the accurate documentation of all patient information, including medical histories, symptoms, and treatments
• Oversee medication administration and ensure adherence to prescribed medication regimens
• Respond to emergencies and provide immediate medical assistance as needed
• Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with infection control protocols
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in the state of Tennessee
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
