Job Description: HVAC Installer
Above and Beyond Services, a leading provider of HVAC services, is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Installer to join our team based in Laurel, Delaware. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
• Install and maintain HVAC systems in accordance with company standards and specifications.
• Interpret blueprints and design specifications to ensure accurate installation.
• Conduct regular maintenance check-ups to ensure optimal system performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues, applying solutions in a timely and effective manner.
• Assist with the training and development of junior technicians as required.
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair.
• Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to work in height, climb stairs and ladders.
