About This Team

The team will work to create a uniquely lululemon, truly differentiated, and elevated online guest experience for International, working closely with partners in Technology, UX, and Ecommerce.

A Day in the Life: What You’ll Do

Partner with cross-functional teams such as Technology, Retail, and vendors to lead or coordinate large-scale strategic projects.
Gather input, including dependencies and sequencing, from cross-functional partners.
Creation of program/project scope playbook (checklist) based on definition.
Tracking and forecasting resources – tracking based on plans and ad-hoc adjustments.
Inform, influence, and execute new strategies and tactics using sound analysis and impact metrics to support positions.
Identify goals/OKRS/measure of success for the program that ladder up to the goals of lululemon.

Qualifications

8+ years of relative experience, preferably in a vertically integrated, global, specialty retail environment.
Experience working with systems and/or with technical teams seen as an asset.
Experience in retail operations and or other relevant field in bringing retail strategies to life across channels.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills including analytical, problem-solving, organizational, issue resolution, and customer relationship management.

Compensation And Benefits Package

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $98,300 - $129,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
