About This Team

The team will work to create a uniquely lululemon, truly differentiated, and elevated online guest experience for International, working closely with partners in Technology, UX, and Ecommerce.


A Day in the Life: What You’ll Do

  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as Technology, Retail, and vendors to lead or coordinate large-scale strategic projects.
  • Gather input, including dependencies and sequencing, from cross-functional partners.
  • Creation of program/project scope playbook (checklist) based on definition.
  • Tracking and forecasting resources – tracking based on plans and ad-hoc adjustments.
  • Inform, influence, and execute new strategies and tactics using sound analysis and impact metrics to support positions.
  • Identify goals/OKRS/measure of success for the program that ladder up to the goals of lululemon.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relative experience, preferably in a vertically integrated, global, specialty retail environment.
  • Experience working with systems and/or with technical teams seen as an asset.
  • Experience in retail operations and or other relevant field in bringing retail strategies to life across channels.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills including analytical, problem-solving, organizational, issue resolution, and customer relationship management.

Compensation And Benefits Package

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $98,300 - $129,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
