Job Description
Aspire Nursing and Rehab of Washington is currently seeking a Housekeeping Aide to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing both short term rehabilitation and long-term care. We offer a SIGN ON BONUS of $1,000 for Full-time Housekeepers. All new hires must be COVID-19 Vaccinated or have a medical or religious accommodation before starting.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize assigned areas in a timely manner.
- Assist in the daily or scheduled cleaning duties, including dusting, mopping floors, and cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Clean and sanitize resident rooms, lobbies, sitting areas, offices, dining area, and all furniture.
- Collect trash and materials from units and properly dispose of them in designated areas.
- Maintain general cleanliness of the facility.
- Be pleasant, respectful, and courteous to residents, families, visitors, and fellow employees at all times.
Requirements
- Organized with a high level of attention to detail.
- Desire to work with the elderly.
- Be a self-starter.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality to ensure compliance with all HIPAA regulations.
