As an HVAC Installer at ALOHA STATE REFRIGERATION & AIR CONDITIONING, INC., you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with our sales and service teams to ensure that our customers receive top-notch service and the highest quality of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems in homes and businesses
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC issues
- Ensure that all work is completed according to safety regulations and industry standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions from customers
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an HVAC apprenticeship or certification program
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Installer
- Knowledge of electrical and refrigeration systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
