Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections on products and processes at the Aero Alliance Avenza Service Shop
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Identify and report any non-conformances or deviations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
- Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation
- Support customer audits and inspections
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality procedures and guidelines
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in quality inspection role, preferably in the aerospace industry
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and inspection techniques
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards, such as ISO 9001 and AS9100
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
