Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on products and processes at the Aero Alliance Avenza Service Shop
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
• Identify and report any non-conformances or deviations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation
• Support customer audits and inspections
• Contribute to the development and implementation of quality procedures and guidelines

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in quality inspection role, preferably in the aerospace industry
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and inspection techniques
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards, such as ISO 9001 and AS9100
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
