Job Description:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Hoosier Christian Village, you will play a vital role in the delivery of quality care and services to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Providing emotional support and companionship to residents.
Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff.
Assisting in the dining experience, including meal preparation, serving, and clean-up.
Ensuring the safety and well-being of residents by following established protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Indiana.
Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, their families, and the interdisciplinary team.
Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to maintaining the privacy, dignity, and autonomy of residents.
