This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.

The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:

Market price: $6,700 USDEst.

Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 7 months

As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for:

- Installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
- Ensuring compliance with all safety standards and codes
- Testing and troubleshooting equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met and any issues are addressed

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Certification in HVAC installation or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow blueprints and schematics
- Excellent communication skills and customer service focus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
